We charge one month's rent as a leasing fee. You don't pay this fee until we provide you a qualified applicant to your rental property, so there is no up front expense to our leasing. If we don't find a qualified tenant, you don't pay.

We offer a flat, monthly fee, plus 10% on any maintenance costs. Our contracts are month-to-month, you can cancel at any time.
